90s english trance mix cds
-
I visited England in about 1999, and when I was there, I bought some trance mix CDs. Some of these were part of a series from the same label, and had similar style cover art, like cartoon pictures of robotic animals. For one reason or another, I'm thinking crabs and octopuses.
Any ideas what I'm talking about? Trying to track some down.

@captain I guess I tracked the label down with a Google Image Search. I'm going to have a hard time finding those mix cds, though.

Am I missing something here ?
Some of these "Real Ibiza" mixes are there on amazon.

Those aren't exactly "cartoon" animals, like

Again, What am I missing here? Are you not getting this shit in the format that you need?

Are you looking for the robot animals that used to go like on GPUs and gaming mice?
Something like this:

@blakeyrat Was this one of the animals:
EDIT: somehow when googling "mix CD robot animals cover", Lying Cat comes up:
I love Lying Cat.

@blakeyrat Thanks for trying to help, but I tracked the label down. It's "React" and the pink cartoon sawfish was what I'm looking for. Mostly.
Except that I had originally bought a mix cd (like, a DJ cut and pasted the songs together with turn tables and a mixer) but the MP3 thing I got on amazon is just individual tracks. It looks like a new copy of the mix cd is $44. I'll get a used one for $10 and hope for the best.

@captain The post I was replying to said you hadn't. But thanks for wasting my time. At least I got reminded of Lying Cat.

@blakeyrat Um, ok then. Some among us might have noticed where I said

React Recordings - Homein the second post as a reply to myself.
But thanks, really.

@captain I knew that you tracked the label down (I did read the thread) what you didn't post is that you tracked down the specific CD you were looking for. You know, the question you actually asked in the first post. Most labels have published hundreds or thousands of CDs, so it's not like one implies the other.
Then when stillwater, presumably just as confused as I was, posted about the mixes, you replied with a post saying the CD cover art wasn't like what you were looking for.
I mean, whatever, but next time you're looking for a CD maybe make a post saying "I found the CD I was looking for".

Despite my miscommunication, I do want to thank you for trying to help.
