Refering to technologies as "crap" clearly shows that one is not sufficiently informed to make an unbiased judgement.
No, it doesn't. It just means one is of the opnion that non-relational database management systems are crap. The fact that your opinion differs, doesn't mean the other party didn't think theirs through. Maybe you're the one who's biased in favor of non-relational DBMSes.
Case in point: I happen to think that all versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer I've seen so far, are crap. That doesn't mean I don't think they do the job, or even that I think they're badly written. I mean, if I ever tried to write a browser it would be about an order of a magnitude worse than IE v1. However, it also doesn't mean I don't know anything about IE browsers. In fact, I use IE7 almost daily to try to get my websites to render decently in it. And although I'm not an expert, I like to think I know a thing or two about software, having been an amateur programmer for almost two decades now (amateur being the key word, I hasten to add). So uninformed, I think I am not. Nonetheless, I am of the firm opinion that Internet Explorer is a piece of shit. I'll grant that I may be a bit biased, but I haven't met an IE fan in years, but I've met dozens of Firefox and Chrome fans. I haven't met a Firefox or Chrome hater in my life but I've met quite a few IE haters. So when I express my opinion that Internet Explorer is a piece of crap, I could probably do with a little subtlety, or a little nuance, but from my point of view I don't think I'm biased, and I also don't think I'm insufficiently informed.
TL;DR: get off your high horse.
