Title topic is here, title topic is gone

Something I noticed some time ago, but I just find out what the actual issue was...
Take a long-ish topic, when at the top you can see the title, with the breadcrumbs above it, something like this:
Scroll down a bit, the title changes to being a banner that floats on top of the content (in particular and the way I discovered it, it has the category icon next to it, which you can click to get to the index of that category):
As long as you scroll down, everything is fine, even as new posts get loaded.
But then skip directly to the end of the thread (with e.g. the End key):
Oops, no more thread title! Nor category icon, of course. From that point, no amount of scrolling will get you the title back, as far as I can see. Jumping back to the start of the thread (with e.g. Home) does work, though.

The topic title with category icon is a TDWTF-specific hack. The topic title is put there by NodeBB, but it's CSS'd to be hidden by default for some reason.
