Unable to change the Pagination "Topics/Posts per Page" in Settings

I turned on pagination:
Then I changed both numbers to 50 and clicked Save. The green Success toaster popped up. When I navigated to a thread it was paginating, but only showing 20 posts per page. I went back to the settings to check and discovered that it accepted the "Paginate topics and posts instead of using infinite scroll" checkbox setting, but the values in "Topics per Page" and "Posts per Page" always reverted to 20, no matter how many times I tried to change them, Save, and reload the page.

Damn, I meant to post this under the bugs category. Apparently when I edit the FP I don't get to reselect the category. Anyone want to move it?Thanks @ben_lubar
