April fools' joke doesn't work on mobile

Looks like it's working normally. The title wouldn't fit in the space with its normal padding so it goes to the next line.

@ben_lubar If you define "normally" as "not working" then I guess you're correct.

It does, however, blank out the title and icon on mobile if you're not logged in...
