How to create a hoax

For anyone that wants to make journalists look dumber than they already are:

I call bullshit on "accidentally" creating a hoax. He's put a disclaimer on the original now:

Unfortunately this video is not real. Here's a video on how i made it:

Yo Dawg, I heard you like hoaxes...
-
given searching for "theonion" only brings 3 hits, can I assume most people here are not aware of it?
anyway, here's a "how to" starter reference, probably in portuguese:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSkYMMku9GU
and, since I've already brought a foreign language in, there's also "sensationalist" which is basically a brazilian version of the onion, I think.

What shitty search engine are you using?
And everybody has heard of the onion

Try not conflating words
I did try. too many false positives. didn't care to dig. hoped for finding links instead.
it was also not the focus of my post. at all.
-
So basically, TRWTF is Discosearch
-
not like any search tool other than google could have done any better, I suppose. :)
I think not even google would have done it, since this must not be in their big data-base and any Ai today is still dumb as fuck.
there you go. 3rd result:

That's because the BS way Discourse does things, frankly, is Google-unfriendly...
-
I don't think that's discourse to blame at all. even if what you say is true (is it? what do you even mean by that? are they doing so much technical nastyness?), that's not what I see on those results or on my whole experience since I started paying much attention to SEO long time ago. it is at least as much friendly as anything else I could notice.
but, then again, maybe I am still under some of the discojuice effect. just maybe (meaning probably not?).
-
Google doesn't get the infinite scrolling, it gets a paginated result set to work with, that doesn't necessarily map to the infiniscroll we see.
Also, Discourse is just crap at SEO; the old forums were indexed much, much better than WTDWTF.
-
that's quite interesting. if it's all about the infiniteness, it does make a lot of sense. almost the whole of my experience with discourse happens on very small topics with little to no pagination. especially if compared with dailywtf (as I prefer to call it). :)

Is there any way we could get the paginated set? Maybe for mobile...?
-
Turn off JavaScript, but then you can't post either.
-
If you like Google just put site:what.thedailywtf.com in your query, and you get Google quality results.
But for any of my domains it just shows tons of 404 links, for some reason.

Did you delete all your webpages?

Did you delete all your webpages?
i would bet.
-
That is true, I delete my websites, reddit comments, reddit accounts, anything that I can delete and get away with.
-
Just not all your WTDWTF posts?
I see a few that have survived...

Its weird how mine changes all the time. Ex. Dr webb will start saying i have issues and start quarantine on said but the my play services build # changes and all my apps say everything is fine. Also, My phone has bi polar disorder. There is 6 partitions. One decides to give up because (just my bi polar disorder talking) i tried to send a message to google, or samsung, or a post that discusses a android virus. Then the next partition moves in. Rooting voids warranty but my phones that i have never modified don't work at all anymore. 5.0 update works wonders on kn I cking out phones.

I delete (...) anything that I can delete
get away with.
what does that even mean?

After reading this, I'm more confused then travis
