Poll: This is the sexiest one!
-
It's certainly contributing heavily to it.

+1 because I could only like this once. Got a good chuckle out of me. Have a smiley too.

The way the poll renders goes along quite well with today's front page story.

I think I just won the internet...

This one, for those visiting from the future....

Is that a puli in your avitar. Hungrier are you Hungarian? Because I am and I had a Puli when I was a kid named Budri...mine was black. I loved that dog (and his dreadlocks).
Filed Under: But I could be mistaken about your Hungarian-ness

I'm not Hungarian, but that is a puli in my avatar. I've never had one myself but I like the way they look.

Looks like something you'd buy from Vileda. On the end of a poll[sic].

1000 options should be enough for anyone.
Filed under: that's what she said, Bill.
1000 stock options you are meaning to say?
-
Oh, dear, I forgot Nagesh might not be aware of the joke here.
It's a riff on a famous (supposed) quote by Bill Gates back in the day, "640KB should be enough for anyone".

That's still a high spec machine where @Nagesh works.

Back in my day we had 64KB and liked it!

Luxury. We used to have to get out of the lake at six o'clock in the morning, clean the lake, eat a handful of 'ot gravel, work twenty hour day at mill for tuppence a month, come home, and Dad would thrash us to sleep with a broken bottle, if we were lucky!
Filed under: not quite getting up at 10 o'clock at night half an hour before I went to bed, drinking a cup of sulphuric acid, working 29 hours a day down t' mill, and pay the mill owner for permission to come t' work and when we got home...

Yes. This isn't filed under "Bug" but should go into @Matches bugtracker.

No repro. I just replied to this same topic and didn't get the message.

Woosh. Hit your "Home" key and you'll find the bug.

a) This is still a thing.
II) No support for polls when Javascript is disabled? Boo...
3) Why does it sort the poll options and move option 2422 to the end? Doesn't that break the joke?
-
II) No support for polls when Javascript is disabled? Boo...
No support for pretty much anything when javascript isn't on.
-
Woosh. Hit your "Home" key and you'll find the bug.
On my computer, I decided to hit Home just for (Ember) shits and (my giggles). It did not even attempt to go to the top of this post. Apparently Discourse is still broken on this post?
-
You seem surprised.
-
Not at all. I wonder if this suprises @blakeyrat?
-
Doesn't @blakeyrat still hold his Second Law to be true that all discussions on Discourse ultimately become discussions ABOUT Discourse?
-
I do believe that @blakeyrat has said that. I wonder what @discoursebot has to say?

The number of days since last bug... last I checked.
-
If only these bots were not so unreliable. Maybe @blakeyrat broke them?
-
Have a pendantry flag.
-
If I were being truly pendantic, I would point out that it actually just says 0, but since we still keep finding bugs, the count continues to be accurate either way, and therefore Discoursebot is still correct that days since last bug is 0. It just happens to say it literally rather than accurately.
