Their username and password were admin/admin
And after you log with admin/admin, you could see the password of all their Argentina's employees clicking view source on the browser:

It would be funny if it were revealed to the forum that all 4 of us were actually the same person...ammoQ, CodeWhisperer, CPound, and newguy. Makes you curious, no?
Found some old @boomzilla alts

RE: OK or Cancel?
It's amusing how we have a variety of different answers based on different possible bugs.
We're getting too used to this shit.
(edit: obviously nodebb crashed while I tried posting this the first time)

RE: For the love of God, PLEASE just tell me what your company does!
@boomzilla OK, I'll try another. Can you figure what http://www.indy.cloud/ is?
(answer in https://qz.com/697558/internet-startups-cant-explain-what-they-do-because-theyre-addicted-to-meaningless-jargon/ )

RE: For the love of God, PLEASE just tell me what your company does!
@boomzilla I see they ruined the game by improving their page

RE: For the love of God, PLEASE just tell me what your company does!
As a game, if you don't know what sandstorm is, post how long you take to figure it out reading https://sandstorm.io/ (or to close the window without figuring it out because fuck that) It seems to have improved a lot since when I met this one, but it's still bad.

@jbert there was this rule, in the same workplace a moron complained I used the "+" operator instead of String.concat

@blakeyrat that way you can write your webpage before you decide what your company will do

Today on very bad ideas: a business model that requires your customers to be super nice and buy your original product when they could buy the slightly cheaper clone instead.
VS the free centos clone...
WTF bank buys Redhat though. Nobody is fired for buying the expensive one.

@blakeyrat reddit uses votes for sorting and hiding comments, and reading reddit comments is much better than your average internet comment section.
I agree that nodebb votes are useless the way they are here
If only there were a thing you could click on to Sort by ▼ the most votes.
It's not the same, there you sort by upvotes and the replies still show up below their parent posts.

RE: I have a disablity. Do I need 10 hours of sleep a night?
Isn't @blakeyrat a lot like a celebrity here? People either calling him a moron or copying everything he does, like a Kim Kardashian of the forums.

RE: The Official Status Thread
Witnessed being laughed up by the corporation higher ups in a presentation, after he promised some laughably optimistic dates for some projects. Now I know it's not the higher-ups that are idiots, it's either or his boss that wasn't there.

RE: Net neutrality non-neutrality
I bet they are just being asked to do their part in some deal were they gained a lot of benefits from the government. (edit: it doesn't seem so after reading the article)

RE: Is there any big software corporation out there still practicing Waterfall?
@thecpuwizard said in Is there any big software corporation out there still practicing Waterfall?:
I did actually work on ONE project that was Waterfall in the 1970s. Within a week of the company getting the contract, it was realized that the device would never work. No matter, it was built. It passed the individual tests. When it was turned on [by the client, against written recommendation] it literally caught fire and had a smallish explosion.
@Maciejasjmj @Yamikuronue some inspiration for your thedailywtf front page writing

You could do it solo, and not release the code to anyone. But you won't learn as much.
That's kind of what I did in the beginning, and I learned a lot doing that.

RE: Bossiness
@blakeyrat said in Bossiness:
Per your specific example: let's just all acknowledge that credit card readers have utterly shitty usability and most of them haven't been QAed at all.
No bank I know would release a version for it's main credit reader products without it being approved by QA. (there are less used products where the real WTF happens).
I guess the signature thing you said probably was pointed out by a tester and CLOSED_WONT_FIX

RE: Servo alternative logo proposals
@blakeyrat said in Servo alternative logo proposals:
There's a HUGE market gap is good programming languages. (Those with IDEs, fully-functional graphical debuggers, sensible build systems, etc.) Only maybe 4 of those exist, and only two are strongly-typed.
I guess you mean C# and Java, but I have no idea what other 2 you're thinking about. I'm curious, what are the ones you think have decent tools, other than Visual Studio?
