The death of stackoverflow.
In the past, if you had a technical question, you would turn to a forum like Stack Overflow. But with the advent of large language models like ChatGPT and Bard, those days may be numbered.
ChatGPT and Bard are both large language models that have been trained on massive datasets of text and code. This allows them to generate text, translate languages, write different kinds of creative content, and answer your questions in an informative way, even if they are open ended, challenging, or strange.
For example, if you were to ask ChatGPT or Bard "How do I fix a syntax error in my Python code?", they would be able to provide you with a detailed answer, complete with code examples.
This is in contrast to Stack Overflow, where you would have to sift through a sea of answers, many of which are incorrect or outdated.
Of course, ChatGPT and Bard are still under development, and they are not perfect. But they are learning quickly, and they are already providing valuable answers to technical questions.
As these models continue to improve, it is likely that they will eventually replace traditional question-and-answer forums like Stack Overflow.
Here are some of the benefits of using ChatGPT and Bard for technical question answering:
They are always available, 24/7.
They can answer any technical question, no matter how obscure.
They are always up-to-date with the latest information.
They are always objective and unbiased.
They are always respectful and polite.
If you have a technical question, I encourage you to try using ChatGPT or Bard. You may be surprised at how helpful they can be. -
RE: WTF is happening with Windows 11? And nothing else
@Applied-Mediocrity I think getting to windows 11 has been a bad decision.
Dear Satya Nadella,
I am writing to you today to express my concerns about the recent upgrade to Windows 11. Since the upgrade, we have experienced a number of problems, including:Printer disruptions
C# compiler problems
Multiple monitor issues
I have been working with the IT department to try to resolve these issues, but we have not been successful. I am concerned that these problems are impacting our productivity and morale.I would like to request that we roll back to Windows 10. I believe that this is the best course of action until Microsoft can resolve the issues with Windows 11.
Thank you for your time and consideration

Actual stuff people say in interviews!
I am now the second most important person taking interview of people wanting to join our company.
Heard in interview:I am a hardworking person and I have to take care of my mother and father. So I want high salary.
My hobbies are watching movies and playing chess. Sometime I do both at same time. I am high level of multi-tasker and you would be happy with me in your company.

I was reading quora and a question propped up there.
Apparently there are places where they are offering a pizza to take the vaccine. The exact question is
Would you get injected with the Covid-19 vaccine if they offered you your favorite pizza?
I am a bit surprised that people are needing pizzas to get vaccinated. What is the source of such fear? Aren't vaccines helpful? Also scientist
girlfriendfriend of mine says that more non-vaccinated people means disease will change their structure and mutate putting all society at risk.Diseases like smallpox and polio were eradicated due to vaccination policies in India.

@boomzilla Wait wait wait, that's not how it works!
He needs to download more RAM first.
I had a friend who put 8GB RAM in his PC and then installed Windows XP 32-bit. It was around 2013.
Clearly you need 32 GB ram to run 32 BIT windows.

All Mughals mixed bloods with Persians.
And you're damn lucky to have it. That's good blood.
If you read history of the subcontinent, you will know we got invaded many times by many different civilizations.
This document is pretty accurate on the number of invasions that happened. Naturally a lot of mixed blood!

Even though you could and can still do all of these tasks with almost any computer given adequate hardware and software. It's all marketing on their part.
I don't know if it's still the case, but back in the mid 2000s and earlier, the Adobe suite worked much better on Mac than the PC version.
NVIDIA and QUALCOMM didn't exist?

I gotta say that this reminds me of a high-end audio equipment store near a place I used to live. You know the kind of thing: valve amps with the valves conspicuously displayed, glass-bed turntables, all that blah-blah.
Well, on one occasion (since I went by there occasionally for other purposes) I looked in their window, and there was a pair of speaker stands priced at ยฃ1500 each. For those wishing to speculate about the effects of inflation, this would have been in the year 2000.
Um.
Not ยฃ1500 for the pair, but ยฃ1500 per stand.
Did the stand have speakers on it?

Bad was probably legacy from Persia which Mughals brought with them. All Mughals mixed bloods with Persians. So lot of words from that part of the world made it into Hindi language.

RE: Any smooth brain individuals here part of the Wall Street Best group?
@dangeRuss The correct suffix for town is "pur".
เคชเฅเคฐ in hindi.
Examples - Badlapur -- เคฌเคฆเคฒเคพเคชเฅเคฐ
Jaipur - เคเคฏเคชเฅเคฐ
Nagpur - เคจเคพเคเคชเฅเคฐIf you go to google maps, you will see many such purs. Ancient city in Mahabharat was called Hastinapur!

There are always several meanings of each word in English, the correct meaning of Abad in English is Infinity

I got the new stepper motor a few days ago and installed it. It Just Workedโข, I didn't even have to readjust my e-steps (although maybe I'll go back and do a bunch of calibration and really dial in my settings later). I did notice after a bit that one of the gears was grinding against the aluminum body, which was only surprising in that it became apparent right away. So I did some hardware modification and it doesn't do that anymore, but it does sometimes click for a bit at random during a print. Loosening up some of the screws helps with that but I'll see if I can find some lubricant for the washer and gears to stop it from binding up at all.

I want to make 1 time payment and deal with it.
