This is Kali. "Yuga" is "era" or "eon", so the Kali Yuga is the eon of Kali. (Which, I believe, we are currently in, according to Hinduism.)
So you have not familiarity with the similarly named concept in Tibetan Buddhism? I know this freaking idol I've got right here is of something with pretty much that name. Mine's not painted, but I do not think it is intended to blue, it has a beard, and it is smiling harder.
Yes, I'm quite familiar with Tibetan Buddhism, specifically the Kagyu lineage. There is no deity "Kali" in Tibetan Buddhism, TMK, however. You might be thinking of Mahakala, though.
If I could see a picture of the meditation object you're referring to, I might be able to tell you more specifically. "Idols" are not found in Tibetan Buddhism, at least not by that word.
