RE: Secret Windows settings Microsoft doesn't want you to know about...
from the looks of it this was taken on an old Windows ME box, and it certainly explains a lot ;)
Agreed with above though, this is def. old... I mean this was before I was a Mac user old. (may the .NET flamers spare me ridicule)

RE: Dynamic Fusebox
haha even better is this page
http://www.dynamicfusebox.com/success.html
"the problem" (picture of broken down car
"the task force" (4 people in aprons)
"the solution!" (toss a salad?!)
I hope the didn't take this approach to software, otherwise you'll try to add an article and it will redirect you to hamsterdance or something.

People still use opera???
Yes. It's faster than Firefox, with features that work out of the box instead of having to find and install (adblock, mouse gestures, UA Spoofing from the quick menu, "fast forward", the ability to disable java/flash/javascript/animated gifs on the fly). I've been using Opera for several years, and I recommend it to everyone.
It really is a top of the line browser... if they would have ditched their banner ad and pay per version crap years ago they would probably have more of a following now-a-days however, I to use it... but my primary is still firefox due to the developer extensions like Firebug and the Web Developer Tool Bar.

here is the product the site is using.
I worked for a company that used this same solution... its for analytics and runs a few grand a month... basically they know everything about you... browser, OS, where you came from, how you got there, your click path, how long you looked at pages, how far you scrolled... and the list goes on and on.. its quite common procedure and code... but we never compressed it like that.
EDIT
they also know the name of your first born child and blood type ;)
