The graphic skinning was/is called "Personas" (note the s), the new name for BrowserID is Persona, and it works well.

The obvious solution is simply to use a querystring parameter and give the users profile-specific bookmarks to the log-in page if they want to use the customised one. Oh, and hide information needing authentication until after… authentication.

It's SCORM, but the answer depends on the variant. SCORM 1.2 is pure evil, designed by academics and with a fantastic write-only data model for questions and objectives. SCORM 2004 fixed a huge amount, but good luck finding a platform that fully supports it. Plus the years I've endured of having to reduce the technical implementation to the lowest common denominator to get packages working on poorly implemented learning management systems. Good luck!

Just a thought, perhaps the assistant doesn't speak English and the main guy doesn't speak much of whatever language the assistant does? Or the assistant is largely deaf and had his 'interview' in a suitably quiet environment.
