What hype?
I can assure you the output of your amplifier is 100% analog.
I actually encountered someone once who insisted that digital music sounds worse because the square sound waves irritate your ears.

I know what you mean. I have this lava-lamp that only works with a really specific kind of a light-bulb that I've only found at this one local shop. It also burns out in 3-4 months of use. If they were overpriced, I'd call it a scam or something, but the price is actually the same as any other light-bulb. I would still prefer it if lava-lamp makers could make their products work with regular light-bulbs.
Have you tried an office supply place? Some lava lamps use the same kind of light bulb as some desk lamps, and the bulbs are easier to find at Staples than at the sort of place that sells lava lamps.
On the plus side, this thread is causing me to be deeply grateful that we use CVS at work, and that our planned upgrade from Visual Studio 6.0 to 2008 is going ahead despite the existence of 2010. Thanks!
It also appears when an "interactive service" tries to display anything. Interactive services are a slightly different bad idea. Or rather, the same bad idea, but with more enthusiasm behind it.
