I have seen every episode of the first four series. I have all the dvds of all the seasons. However, i didnt watch <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Enterprise when it started, and the couple times i tried to watch, i never finished them. However, i recently purchased them all (from www.www.dvdsetshop.com, the price is reasonable), and ive started watching them all. Im just finished with the first season, and i think i know what its problem is. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Number One is that it is just not that exciting of a show, and it takes itself too seriously. (too much emphasis is put on how this is the first time for everything) Second, there is enough light hearted humor, and the actors struggle when humor is attempted. But most of all, unlike TNG, DS9, and VOY, there are no sub-plots. Almost every episode focuses on the main conflict, and nothing else. This makes the episodes drag a little. With that said, you will all be glad to know that im finally hooked on all of the series of star trek.
