Parkinson's Law of Triviality

I was on Dilbert, and a person posted a link to Parkinson's Law of Triviality.  I found the law quite funny, and I am betting a large number of people here have encountered it:

The PHB decided to cut costs by double stacking cubicles, and my cube is on top of Dilbert's cube, but there is no floor/ceiling between our cubes so my chair sits on Dilbert.
