The Godwin Variations

  • A few days from now will mark the 100th anniversary of the opening of Fenway Park, home of the Boston Redsox -- April 20, 1912.

April 20, 1912 was also the 23rd birthday of Adolph Hitler.

I wonder if he went to the game.

No. He was too busy chisling the iceberg that sank the Titanic.

Little known fact: It was meant to be a well-sculpted tribute to the wonders of Jewish engineering. But since he sucked as an artist, it broke apart on the pass-by, and sunk the ship. That's why he turned evil. Some people still theorize that he placed a sigil on the bottom of the hull, and sunk the ship intentionally in order to raise Cthulu, but had his research wrong. Cthulu isn't in the Marianas Trench, he's in Challenger Deep.

So what does that tell you about James Cameron?
