Aparently that is normal, youtube stops updating the views in realtime once they hit a few hundred ones.

Very old news. I once read a YouTube comment* that went something like this:
The good news: YouTube no longer breaks at 301 views.
The bad news: YouTube now breaks at 308 views.
* in my defense, it was a featured comment, and those are sometimes funny.

What I find much more WTFy about that screenshot is that the progress meter is filled red like if the video had played all the way through, but the marker is at 0:03 and it says 0:00 at the bottom. Also, muted.
And to everyone who find the subtitle confusing: I'm selling these fine shower curtains...
