Seriously. I've trained mine to ask the right questions for me.
And most people in IT can not and should not code. Those of us who can are the elite - the gods - we who shape the world into our own image. The rest merely work within the constructs that our kind have built for them.

Nice. Please enlighten us as to how you have "trained" your recruiter.

Recuriter is person who know to ask right question by looking at question sheet in front of him.
