I stopped reading there. With the cock image in mind, "smear and taste" really takes the cake. (That's what it means, right?)
They probably should have used a word for "spread" instead... you know, on second thought, forget about that.

How about "Worsten en snacks" then? Yes, that's "sausages and snacks"...

TRWTF is Google's translation of this: Lubrication and flavors (link)

"smeren en smaken" is something like "to spread out and to taste", not really better for them anyway.
The worst part of this, i get to see TV advertisments for this, everday, at dinner time.

Well... figured as much. Sounded like the German "schmieren und schmecken" so I supposed that's what it meant. But then, the German word "schmieren" can mean "to spread out" as well as "to smear", so I figured it might be the same in Dutch. Point was, at least in German, there's a word which doesn't also mean "to smear" and I thought they maybe should have used the equivalent for that ("streichen").
Of course, I was making assumptions there. Sorry if I was off.

It's a good way of identifying people who aren't truly internet-savvy, but you can still communicate with them in some form of Onlineish.

In my day, we knew better than to use those newfangled nose-less emoticons. Now get off my lawn!
