I kind of guessed what was funny about the first (especially after looking at the second), but (at least on this side of the pond) "disease" is more common than "infection".

I don't have to go looking for STIs; we have them at work. (My team all had them last year, but not this year.) Obviously, the exact details of who has STIs and what STIs each employee has are highly confidential, but I'm developing a report that involves our sales staff's STIs, so I know what all of those are.

I'm with emurphy. I had to go to wikipedia disambig page for STI to find out its the same thing as STD.
As for the other link, CuNT is funny, but whats the deal with BiNT?
