  • You XP, right?

I'm currently doing XD, today. Xtreme Designing.

Moving back and forth between my manager and my computer, tweaking, adjusting, designing pieces of corporate identity print works.

    IT SUCKS DONKEY BALLS.
THE INVENTOR OF XTREME-ANYTHING SHOULD BE KILLED DEAD TO DEATH WITH A BIG SAWN-OFF SHOTGUN.

    Ugh.

  • Let the first line be "You know XP, right?"

I don't think you're drinking enough Mountain Dew.

  • I suppose then this would not be the ideal time to introduce eXtreme Accounting.

XA is another variant of the "pro-forma" accounting methedologies. The mantra of XA is "results over process" -- think about it, the main output to Accounting is just a few reports to show how the company is doing financially.

The process required by GAAP is a complete barrier to producing these reports -- who needs 1000's of different "virtual accounts" to expense things too? Why debit and credit? All complete nonsense.

Just so long as the reports are created, who cares about how or what it took to create them.

The main goal in XA is to produce reports that look reasonable enough so nobody bothers to check them. Should the tax audit uncover some inconsistencies - well, that's no problem, since XA is a process that anticipates changes.

  • I don't think they make Jolt Cola anymore... that only exist as a trademark on Software Developer's awards.... :)
