Ever have a problem getting your ISP to escalate your tech support request?
-
Well, Time Warner Cable feels your pain - hell, they'll even let you do it yourself!
-
Well, you would think they finally will provide support, but I just sent them like a million severity 1 requests and I've yet to receive a response... The IT staff better be having too much fun to respond!
-
Awesome.
I think there should be some Priority 2 messages with "Your internal helpdesk form is visible to the outside world. Signed: the world."
-
They finally took it down. I wonder what kind of a nightmare that was...
-
Took it down? It works for me.

Nope, it was just down for a day or two.

Without their ticketing system, the entire Time/Warner Cable tech support department must have been paralyzed for a couple of days. How did anyone know?

...or unless you put in the whole URL directly.
Oops.

Wow, I haven't seen a WTF this big happening in real time. They just make it too easy to mess with the IT staff.
-
Aaand its fixed now.
"Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)"

I can still get to it OK. It has a "sign-in" screen, but I'm sure that it's easily bypassed. Just don't have the energy to do it today.
