To all you fellow programmers:
I'm sure you've heard of the Joel on Software blog. I read it occasionally, and he produces some pretty good stuff sometimes. But this article just really hits the nail on the head: it's probably the greatest article I've seen on the programmers vs. big management thing for a while.

Very interessting and insightfull. It's a bit programmer-centric, but I think this point of view is normal for software developers.
