Would you call this a "wooden DNS table"?

Noticed this calendar posted in the office...
Hmmm... Must be a low-profile publishing company... can't even afford a domain name!
-
I wonder if they get a high ranking in Google...

FUCK YOU COMMUNITY SERVER! I had the post written and went to preview and it redirected to http://forums.thedailywtf.com/forums/ FUCK YOU.
How ironic:
The following error has occurred: dns_server_failure:
Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.
Page requested: http://edkolis.exofire.net/images/WoodenTableDNS.jpgHere's what I get if I try to go through my proxy in my home:
CGIProxy Error
Couldn't find address for edkolis.exofire.net: Connection timed out

I'm not sure whose DNS/whois you used to get that tidbit. I can't even guess what typo you made which let you think the IP has anything to do with the IRS. This is what I get:

Ah, now that I can see the image..
I can see the execs sitting around trying to think of a domain name.
#1: "Well, what should our domain be? Something related to our company."
#2: "OOHHH I KNOW how about ourcompany.com?"
#1: *checks* "that's taken, but I like it. Give me more."
#2: "How about just company.com?"
#1: *checks* "darnit that's registered. Isn't there a way that you can host a website without a domain name? Let's try that. THE EXEC HAS SPOKEN!"

Although it seems like a WTF, it actually makes the website immune from DNS cache poisoning (Though I'm sure it would of course still be susceptible to a MITM attack, redirecting the traffic at a specific hop). I have seen quite a few US Government publications that list the actual IP rather than a domain name.
