The error is still live at time of writing you can see it in the first two results here. Given that the URL linked is a .txt file and doesn't have any <title> tag, god only knows where they're getting that from.
Hmmm, maybe they inferred it from the anchor text of a link pointing to it? The only link I could find on the internet pointing at it, using this search, has the same typo:
