Yep, that's right, you need free software, not that fox that you are riding, how much did it cost?.
I think that Microsoft doesnt'r really get the concept of free software.
I can imagine the scene:
-What should we do if anybody comes with other browser?
-Well, nobody gives anything for nothing so they must had paid for it so tell them that our explorer is free to download and use (on the correct OS, of course)

Good point, didn't notice that one, the WTF I am referring to is the bit highlighted with the red border.

just so everybody gets it: they ask you to install MSIE, and then REFRESH the page with the CURRENT BROWSER YOU ARE USING. ok thx.
