Google Chrome Privacy Video is a little too private

Go to google.com and click on the privacy link at the bottom.
You'll see a list of videos. One of which is titled "Google Privacy: Google Chrome"
If you click on it you are taken to a youtube page which says "This is a private video...."

How much do you want to bet that this is some developer's idea of a joke, and that he reckoned he could get away with it because nobody bothers to read those things anyway?

They leaked the videos a little early, then set them private when the internet noticed them. Apparently they neglected to make them public again after the public release of chrome.
