Ok, this has me wondering why they chose to use that name on this:
didn't see the movie?
think it will be funny?
are tempting fate?
are tired of the self destructing human behaviour, so decided to give us it a little push?

It's one of two reasons:
- They're just trying to make the headlines extra easy for the Fark submitters
- They're bureaucrats with no sense of humor and a limited understanding of pop culture

- They launched the first Skynet satellite in 1969, so it is not like they just came up with the idea after watching the Terminator movies
