A simple tax system

I was going to reply "I don't know any of the taxes for my city/state
in Brazil, it seems to be because the tax system here in this
fat-and-greedy-government country is more complex".
But now, reading the comments I've noticed that things aren't that bad.
Today I learned that nobody know the taxes for their city/state/country, except those who live in Michigan - USA. 8)

You've only posted ten times. Spend a little more time talking here and
you'll find that this forum software is a very good source of WTFs. At
least once a week (maybe once a day) someone does something wrong with
it and then inevitably said "oops... WTF?"
Can anyone tell me how to post using Opera without getting completely mangled/confused?

Yes, it's very simple actually, in fact it should be in the faqs. It's worked for dozens of people already.
First you type into the address bar, 'mozilla.com', and download firefox....
