Russian TDWTF is supposedly... German?
-
Автор Будучи увлеченным читателем WTF он приложит все свои усилия, чтобы повеселить и надоумить нынешних «профессионалов» от ИТ, переводя статьи на немецкий язык.
Now, it's true that I don't understand Russian, but this line is in the Russian TDWTF and both Babelfish and Google tell me that the word "немецкий" (second to last word) actually means "German", and that this line is saying that these are translations to German.
The line is also in the same part that would normally tell you who posted the WTF and in what category it was posted. Is there something I don't understand about this version? (apart from Russian, I mean :P)

Babelfish is right. Actually this text is the translation of the sentence "Er ist schon seit längerem ein interessierter WTF Leser und wird so gut es geht helfen ein wenig Spaß und Wissen den IT "Professionals" der heutigen Zeit bieten, indem er die WTF Texte ins Deutsche übersetzt." from German WTF. I can only wonder how it got there.
It is actually supposed to read "Автор Алекс Пападимулис", that is, "by Alex Papadimoulis". And it did so until the namechange. I already posted a snarky comment on a page; the reply was "It would be okay soon".
Now the question is: why did you read Russian WTF if you don't understand Russian? 8=]

Evgeiny caught this right away on Tuesday (after the New New name change), but I only got around to fixing it this evening... it was a copy/paste error of some sort in my translations spreadsheet...
