"Side Bar WTF" thingie frozen?

Is it just me or is something wrong with that box on the front page showing the latest "Side Bar WTF" topics?
For me it keeps showing "Error occurred" as the latest topic, even though that one has sunk almost to the middle of the topic list already.

If you look at the timestamps you will notice that the side bar is ordered by when the topic was created, while the forum is ordered by the last reply.
It has - as far as I know - been that way for a long time.
