Error after posting

After clicking 'post' the page refreshed with the URL as https://what.thedailywtf.com/topic/21150/internet-of-shit/583 and I got a full-screen message

Could this be because the post is on the boundary between page 12 and 13? I've seen posts unable to make their mind up about which page they're on before.
