Notification toasters are not suppressed while the mobile composer is open

They should be. They should be hidden and/or z-indexed to be underneath the composer on mobile. It's really fucking annoying to be composing a post, need to go back to change something, and accidentally hit a notification toaster that just popped up in front of the composer.
