NodeBB write API?

howdy, is there a way for me to get API tokens for write access for my own account? or is that just limited to @sockbot?

The plugin isn't currently installed, so it'd probably be better to use the API sockbot uses instead.

@accalia interesting...so looks like sockbot relies on HTML parsing? bummer, I'd need to deal with interop between python and node... :/

HTML parsing? only when it's mucking about with raw posts for command parsing.
the actual API is JSON based. you should be able to crib off of sockbot so long as there's a python package that does a websocket client.
