as far as I know, unless @boomzilla's plugin is broken, it will replace the Upvote Notification Frequency thing entirely.

For what it's worth, I like the current values of 1, 5, 10, etc. Every upvote would be too spammy, but I hit 10 upvotes on my posts rarely enough that in practice I'd only get notifications on first upvotes.

@pjh I haven't tested but I would predict that you'd only get the intersection of your selections.
