Hm. Does not happen on Firefox 56, Linux Mint 18.2 Cinnamon.

For some reason the "CODESOD" menu title is getting wider when it's activated and that's causing the whole menu to become too wide to fit in the window so it's wrapping down to the line below (except since it's a block, the whole block is moving down).
Did you try making your browser window 3 pixels wider?

That's especially weird because hovering over the menu title just changes some colors and makes the menu show up, and the menu is
position: absolute;
, so it shouldn't be affecting the width of its title at all.

@ben_lubar Doesn't it just create a scrollbar for the menu since the browser is not high enough to handle the dropdown thereby reducing the avaiable width?

But the page is already longer than the menu...

@ben_lubar well, either that or the whole menu is moving down for some unknown reason when that item is hovered over and then it's getting wider just because it can. (It doesn't have the logo to its left anymore.)
I'm more inclined to think it was the first thing, though.
