Visual Studio Color Schemes

Sorry if this is completely the worng forum
I'm using Visual Studio .Net 2003 (7.1) and I was wondering if there is an easy way
to change the color scheme and syntax highlighting of the
editor? I want a black background scheme, but I can only find a
place to change everything by hand and I'm just rather lazy
