Jack/phone calls related problem
-
Hello everyone,
I faced an issue with the jack headphones during phone calls.
When I am doing a phone call without using headphones, no problem.
When I am doing a phone call with the headphones, the issue arises. When the other person is not talking, I do not hear any sound (I guess there is a noise cancelling algorithm somewhere, so I would say that this is fully expected, and desired as well). When the other person is talking, a continuous static sound can be heard in the background of the conversation (the intensity is not so loud as to prevent an understanding between the two persons, but still high enough to be annoying).
This problem does not disappear if I use different headphones (I tried 3 different headphones models from different brands).
I tries to disable/enable the WiFi/Bluetooth and it does not seem to affect the result. The interesting thing is:
I had faced this problem once, so I shipped the phone back to the seller. I bought another phone (again zenfone 3 ze520kl), but the issue is exactly the same.Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Try using an iphone 7. No headphone jack means no problem with headphones
