A padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page
Does that really mean that (nginx?) devs thought "mmm, these browsers have a friendly error page, I don't want anything friendly, let's disable that"?
(I'm ing on the use of the word "friendly" in there, not the justification for disabling it in some cases)

@remi nginx isn't the only webserver that serves its own error pages: IIS does so by default too. Not that it matters, as you should always be configuring your own custom error pages anyway.
