Forum software - tag clouds

I like this forum's tag feature, it's really quite a useful addition. Does anyone know of any open-source forum software that has tags? I've seen some mods for phpBB that crawl the forum and generate tags, but I'm looking for user-entered tags.

There are lots of tag library's around that are loose coupled so you can just tag anything.
Just pick a piece of forum software and build it yourself.
Although i heard phpBB is a walking timebomb so i wouldn't pick that one.
