WTF is this? Seems like a legit windows thing, on the other hand "computer" is misspelled and it keeps popping up for no reason.
Is this part of VS.NYET 2017 or something?

Can't say I've ever seen a troubleshooter for keyboard settings before.
Is it just appearing in VS? Is it consistently reproducible, or random?

I dunno it just started appearing today after I installed a new version of jdk.
Seem very fishy to me... On the other hand it's not asking for anything, not even admin rights, so I dunno.

According to a horrible blogspam looking site with a bunch of popups, the Keyboard troubleshooter is new in Windows 10, and the typo is real.
