I'm split on that. I did exclaim WTF, but it's also a creative solution to a budgeting problem. One of the posters on the site asks a question I'd ask: Is it legal?

I did something similar once. Friend was hosting a party in a room that had been used for a function earlier in the day. The signs directing to that were still up, so I attacked them with a pen :-D

It seems like a WTF needs to have a certain connotation that the originator actually thought they were doing it right. This is pretty clearly somebody's last ditch effort to solve a problem...
Of course I've written plenty of code under similar circumstances. I know it's crap, but people in the future wont always know that I knew it's crap. I guess some of the WTF code I've found was known to be a hack at the time it was written?
