Cannot upvote post if Replies dropdown is open.

What it says on the tin.
Open the replies dropdown for a post, attempt to upvote the post, the upvote does not go through.
Close the replies dropdown, attempt to upvote the post, the upvote is applied.
Open the dropdown, try to remove the upvote, the upvote is removed. Try to re-upvote the post, it does not get upvoted.
Close the replies dropdown, try to upvote the post, the post is +1'd.Edit for further clarification:
If you have upvoted or downvoted a post, trying to do the same action to a reply to that post via the "Replies" dropdown does not succeed.
The opposite action (downvote or upvote, respectively) can be applied to the reply.
If the up-/downvote is applied to the reply first, then the replied-to post cannot be up-/downvoted unless the up/downvote is removed from the reply or the "Replies" dropdown is closed.

Here's a post.
-
And here's a reply.
-
It's special when you're doing so to a post with your reply in it, since you can't upvote your own posts.

@Tsaukpaetra These were just for other people to test it with. Can you reproduce?
Edit: Hmmm.... Trying with your post seems to work. Maybe it was just me...?

Instructions somewhat ambiguous, but if I'm interpreting correctly:
If you have replies open with an upvoted post, you cannot upvote the main post. However, you can down-vote the post, and indeed clicking upvote on the down-voted post will reset the downvote.
The same works the other direction as well.

@Tsaukpaetra Ah, thank you! More specificity to the bug report is good.
