Windows XP Networking Fun

  • The real WTFs:

1: The lack of explanation of what this link is before you click it, translating to a higher probability that it would be deleted as spam.

2: The lack of a permanent-link; this is a link to a blog, not to the entry.

    At any rate, HIGH-LARIOUS.

    Sorry :$ rushed it

it wont let me edit the post to add more details and permalink :'(

  • I've had this happen to me before. Kind of funny, but at least they all go away if you mouse over them.

  • The Real WTF (sorry, can't resist!) is that he's writing VB.

That is funny, though. I love how amnesiatic Windows can be some time.

  • I've been owned by the forum software :( (note to others, Quick Reply is teh BROKEN)

That is funny. I've never had it that bad, but yeah, it's most likely a redrawing issue.

Edit: WTF? Now my post shows up 30 seconds later?! Quick Reply is BADLY broken.

  • The Real WTF (TM) is that in the midst of pointing out the problem (no explanation, link to blog main page instead of entry), nobody has actually done anything about the problem. So, without further ado:

Fun little screenshot of an XP WTF (although some might argue that "XP WTF" is redundant). Possible fodder for Error'd?
