FF does not like our triangles

  • <details> don't show the ▶ in Firefox on this site. They do in a test html, though, so there must be something in the style-sheet that kills them. And that only affects Firefox (up-to-date at 50.0), because it shows correctly in Chrome.

    Example

    This is an example details.

  • And I found which one too. The stylesheet here sets summary { display:block; }, but FF requires it to be display:list-item for the triangle to show.

I think that was just part of the hack to make it “work” on older FF, and it was relying on Chrome to just ignore it.

It's broken even in the current development version of bootstrap.
