Stumbled over this ad for a german community website, that apparently is open for buisyness during Alpha stage... and advertizing with this...
(granted, it's a pretty new spinoff service from another, larger community website (with the full load of WTFs on its own) but still...)

Alpha on a publicly-advertised product is just marketing-speak for "we know there are a lot of bugs in our application and we're not going to bother fixing them."
