Error'd^2

Wanted to send a screenshot, but that error'd...
-
@denR89
I'm in dubio if we need @ben_lubar or Allanis for this one
-
@Luhmann we need to yell at @ben_lubar because, for once, there were no cooties on the forums!
I'm not sure if he's in any way responsible for frontpage submission stuff.

I don't think he is. That's a separate site entirely, and manages to be much more TRWTF than :nod: is, despite doing far less.
-
@Onyx
If @ben_lubar can't handle it directly he could pass it to to @apapadimoulis or some other poor lost soul
-
It seems to be fixed at this moment.

Maybe don't go to the wrong domain? This site hasn't been called worsethanfailure for ages.

maybe set up the domains and webservers so that if you do go to the "wrong" domain you are redirected to the "right" domain.
that may these things work correctly.
see http://servercooties.com as a prime example. that's the "wrong" domain, so what happens when you visit it? it redirects you to the "correct" domain.
If you let the user do something without even attempting to inform them that it's not something they should be doing, then when it breaks it's not the users fault when things break for them, it's your fault.

Huh? My address bar shows "http://servercooties.com".
-
@accalia I just went to
worsethanfailure.com
in my browser and it redirected me.

Sounds like us get-off-my-lawners are properly educating him. Oh wait - I got dinged in my last review about that...
-
http://worsethanfailure.com redirects. http://www.worsethanfailure.com, however, does not.
I'm sure there's a few sites on the internet that'd be happy to yell at you for treating www differently than non-www.

Paging @apapadimoulis
Fixed

Oh crap, that reminds me... I don't think www.tsaukpaetra.com is set up to respond...

Like silently dropping requests on HTTPS ?
