Well yeah, probably want to be a little more diplomatic than that. But yeah. You're selling broken crap. When you get an unhappy customer like @Tsaukpaetra who clearly knows what's up, just play nice and offer the refund immediately. Full stop. None of this "You're testing it wrong " crap.

Actually, no, not technically, since 6.3 Gb is indeed readable. And reading past the mark does indeed work, it just gives bad data.
