@ in thread title breaks quotes

For example quotes in https://what.thedailywtf.com/topic/20070/in-which-captain-asks-c-beginner-questions/ are broken where the "XYZ said in 'in which @usernamegoeshere asks...'"
Instead of the quote link ignoring the mention, it processes it (as a mention, as previously reported) but also as breaking the link so it ends after the username.
