Biodynamic eggs

Stop me if you've heard this one...
She says: ‘Biodynamic is similar to organic but these farms are self-sufficient in compost, manure and feed for the animals. They use an astrological calendar to determine when to plant. It’s a bit strange but the eggs taste amazing - the yolks are bright sunset yellow and they taste better than organic.’
For clarification, they're talking about when to plant the food for the hens, not planting eggs.
The astrological calendar used to determine when to plant is adapted each year and is specific to certain crops. Daniel Hoeberichts, 30, the manager of Orchard Eggs, says: ‘It’s about the constellation of the moon and other planets - the tides of the sea are guided by the force of the moon - other planets have forces too and the majority of plants are water based.’
DM, naturally provides a few pictures including this one:
With the title

I wonder which plants he thinks are not water based.

Can I stop you either way? The title alone sounds headache inducing.

@dkf That's the most accurate caption they've ever put on a picture

This is not enough!
When to plant the food for cows that provide manure for planting the food for hens, must be carefully synchronized to the perpendicular force of Jupiter and the moon. The astrological calendar used to determine when to plant is adapted each year and is specific to certain crops. She forgets that water has memory, that water must never pass the intestine of rabid goats too.

Power?
Heavy crossing ones?
A move in ball games?
-
@PJH said in Biodynamic eggs:
Power?
We were just talking about that somewhere around here. Nuclear plants most certainly are water based. I guess natural gas plants aren't, though.
-
@boomzilla, well it was either that one or

Yet another thermal power source, so water will be involved. Again.
Unlike with hydroelectric…

Well, I guess the part of the plant that uses the waste heat for extra efficiency.

I wrote up a long bit about this, but this diagram is better than my thousand words: :)

But are the chickens fed by a farmer's daughter in traditional clothing? It makes a difference you know!

Yeah, that's what I was talking about.

Depends on if the cotton woven to make it was planted during a waxing gibbous moon and harvested on a blue moon.
While being eclipsed by Sagittarius
Who is fucking Taurus.
That is how that sort of bollocks works isn't it? I pay very little attention to astrology these days.
-
@PJH It's all too complicated. They should use the standard, approved method: The Tarot.

Still has a better handle on natural science than Bill O'Reilly.

I'm going to sue them for harvesting their eggs while on their period.

So this is in the women's section. Cuz...
-
@bb36e women are more gullible.
Serious answer, I think these Hemsley people are semifamous or something and they're women so of course. Famous women saying anything = women's section.

@Bort Every 12 months the same constellation is at the center of the sphere, never a miscommunication, you can't explain that!

@PJH How did people like this make it through the educational system without once hearing the phrase "placebo effect"?

It'd be kind of hard to re-condense the steam without a source of water, but I suppose it might be possible...

@anotherusername There was a meme on the Warsow forum whenever someone would put in a bug report like 'At uncapped FPS, in this one map, in this one location, where my FPS spikes up to 780 from 690, it feels like 30' - 'sure, just set cg_placebo 1'

Um, actually, you're thinking of a natural gas combined cycle plant. Which is what gets built today, of course.

Maybe some day we'll find a planet with life based on ammonia instead of water?
